A Note from the Branding Help Desk
Throughout
the next several weeks, the Branding Help Desk will be contacting you to update
information about your company. We will
also ask for a few moments of your time to discuss the changes and answer any
questions you may have regarding the new BBB Branding Initiative. We look
forward to the opportunity to inform you of the many benefits that go along
with the branding change for your company.
Please take the time to return any missed calls from the BBB Branding
Help Desk. The new
branding launch will not be as effective without our members fully taking part
in this exciting change for the BBB system.
Along with the phone call, important e-mails messages regarding the new
BBB branding will begin being sent in mid-October to lead up to our tentative
branding launch date of Many new
things are planned at the BBB and through member encouragement, support and
participation we will continue to succeed and be a leader in promoting trust in
