Welcome to the first issue of our eNewsletter for 2007!
It is my pleasure to introduce Sheri Rowand of Carlton Fields as my new Associate Editor for 2007. Sheri and I look forward to providing our chapter with timely articles to help make our lives and jobs easier, as well as important information about ALA and AALA educational and social networking opportunities.
As most of you have heard by now, the Atlanta Chapter has once again achieved the Platinum Level President's Award of Excellence. This award is the product of hard work by many, many people. Of course, we have had a wonderful President in Carole Morris this past year. Under Carole's leadership, our Chapter thrived and accomplished many things. Kudos to Carole and to each and every one of us!
As always, I welcome your comments and suggestions. I would like this newsletter to be an enjoyable read and a valuable resource for every member of our Chapter.
