Welcome to AALA's 2007 Summer Newsletter! Our AALA Summer
may have its hazy moments, but we certainly can't call it lazy.
Already we've hosted a very successful half-day seminar and participated
in Service Juris. Later this month we can look forward to our Summer
Social and August brings the always anticipated Business Partners
Luncheon. Along the way, our calendar is filled with additional
networking and educational opportunities through our various section
meetings. Please check out the Chapter Calendar for upcoming events.
Speaking of Service Juris, I want to take a few lines to thank Cathy McCollister for coordinating our group this year. And, of course, thanks to all the other members and vendors who took part in a special project. We worked hard, but had some fun, too. It was both an honor and a privilege to work beside each of you.
I look forward to seeing you all at our social and other events. In the meantime, as always, please let me know if there are any topics you would like to see addressed in future issues of our newsletter.
