Please allow me to introduce the members of the Atlanta Association
of Legal Administrator's Diversity Committee.
Our co-chairs are Brenda Cleveland, Office Manager,
Sharon W. Ware & Associates and Judy Fulk, Director of Human Resources,
Troutman Sanders.
Our committee members are Julia Davis, Administrator,
Barrickman, Allred & Young, LLC; Penny Clarke, J.D., Litigation
Docketing Manager, Kilpatrick Stockton LLP; and Glenda Gresham,
Office Manager, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, Inc.
We are excited to have this opportunity to serve the
Chapter as well as gain insight into this important issue. Diversity
and Inclusion is an important broad range topic. Our Committee plans
to publish an article in the AALA newsletter highlighting a particular
area of diversity. If you have a special diversity iniative that
you would like to highlight, we invite you to contact one of the
members of our committee. During the upcoming months, we hope to
spotlight particular diversity and inclusion issues and challenges
not just in the legal administrative world but in the world at large.
